Sprains and strains are a potential injury that ready mixed drivers must avoid. A pinch point hazard is also created when attaching extension chutes that can injure the hands and fingers. Two instructor led hands-on exercises are included to help the ready mixed driver learn the proper lifting techniques and at the same time, properly adding and removing extension chutes.
