If you are a SUPERVISOR purchasing the certification course for your driver(s) - you will receive two (2) emails:

1. Purchase confirmation.
2. Supervisor site login. (A Supervisor only receives a 3rd email if an email address is not supplied for the driver to receive the log in information for the NRMCA On-line Academy Driver Exam.)

A 3rd email will be sent to the driver for the NRMCA On-line Academy Driver Exam Login.

If you are a DRIVER purchasing the certification course - you will receive three (3) emails:

1. Purchase confirmation.
2. Driver site login.
3. NRMCA On-line Academy Driver Exam login.

If you fail the course’s exam, you must purchase a retake exam to earn CDP Online Certification. After you purchase an exam re-take, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours, Monday through Thursday only. All Friday re-take exam purchases are confirmed on Monday. Once you receive your confirmation, log back into the training site and re-attempt the exam.
