It begins with why safety is so important and details the reasons why an effective safety program actually saves money through loss prevention and control. Participants learn about the new Silica Rule, electrical safety, machine guarding, fall protection, hazard communication, confined spaces, personal protective equipment, fire fighting and evacuation, chute handling, fleet safety, pre-trip inspection and more.

The closest airport is the Ontario International Airport (ONT) located approximately 19 miles from the course location/CalPortland Headquarters.
A taxi will cost approximately $35+/each way from ONT to your choice of hotel. A shared Super Shuttle will cost approximately $21+/each way and should be reserved ahead of time by calling 1-800-258-3826. Transportation Network Companies Lyft and Uber provide drop off- and pick-up service at ONT. Look for the Ride-Share Pick Up Location sign at each passenger terminal to meet your driver.
Full cancellation refunds, less a $100 administration fee, will be extended until April 21, 2020. All cancellations after that date will not be refunded. Fee cancellations cannot be transferred to a future class. Registration cancellations must be made in writing to: email@example.com.
