This checklist demonstrates that quality control is the responsibility of every company individual involved in the delivery of concrete. This guide lists the many quality control functions and provides a format for identifying those responsible for each function. The guide allows large and small producers to select relevant elements and complete an "action" column noting staff members responsible for initiating and handling quality control functions. A "report" column provides space to indicate who should receive reports of inspection or data. Completing the checklist and distributing it to your staff will allow all company participants to see the full scope of the program and identify their roles in assuring the success of the program.
