NRMCA's Effective RMC Supervisor Course
The Effective RMC Supervisor Course helps ready mixed concrete operations supervisors lead their staff. The challenge is a tough one because their people management tactics must align with the organization’s strategy and mission while their personal success is judged by the work of their direct reports. Without using proper communication and motivation skills/tools to successfully manage these responsibilities, many supervisors become frustrated. It typically is the highest turnover job category because it is difficult to transition from executing your job to leading others to perform theirs.

Hotel Parking: Parking is valet only at $30.00 per car per night. In and out privileges are allowed. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated. 

Room Rate: $194.00 per night plus applicable taxes.

Airport: The closest airport is the Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) located 6.7 miles/10-15 minutes from the Courtyard Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District. The next closest airport is the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW) located 20.8 miles from the host hotel.

Transportation: The hotel does NOT offer shuttle service. A taxi will cost approximately $25.00 each way from DAL to the host hotel. To schedule a SuperShuttle or shared ride transportation, please contact SuperShuttle directly at (800) 258-3826.

Cancellation Policy: Full cancellation refunds, less a $100 administration fee, will be extended until October 18, 2021. 
All cancellations after October 18 will not be refunded. Fee cancellations cannot be transferred to a future class. 
Substitutions can be made at any time with no penalty.
