CDP Certification Renewal. This ON-LINE product requires a valid email address. If you are a Supervisor purchasing the certification course for your driver(s) - you will receive (2) emails: 1. Purchase confirmation, 2. Supervisor site login A Supervisor only receives a 3rd email if an email address is not supplied for the driver to receive the log in information for the NRMCA On-line Academy Driver Exam. A 3rd email will be sent to the driver for the NRMCA On-line Academy Driver Exam Login.
If you are a driver purchasing the certification course - you will receive (3) emails: 1. Purchase confirmation, 2. Driver site login, 3. NRMCA On-line Academy Driver Exam Login
If you fail any of the 5 exams -you are required to purchase retakes for those exams to earn Online Certification. After purchase, you will receive (1) email per exam - Purchase confirmation will be emailed 24 hours after purchase (Monday thru Thursday only - Friday purchases arrive on Monday). Log back into the training site and re-attempt your failed exam.
